Return Eligibility  

To ensure a seamless experience, we follow clear return guidelines:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.   

     
  • All tags, labels, boxes, and packaging materials must remain intact.   

     
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alterations after delivery will not be accepted.   

     
  • Return requests must be submitted within  48 hours of delivery . Requests made after this period may not be accepted.   
     

Items not meeting these conditions may be declined for return. These measures help us maintain quality and fairness for all customers.  

How to Request a Return  

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your  Order ID reason for return , and  clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.   
     

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide detailed instructions to complete the return process. Please note that requests not meeting our policy criteria may be declined. We aim to handle every return promptly and efficiently to ensure your satisfaction.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

We strive to make refunds quick and transparent. Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return standards.  

If approved:  

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within  5–7 business days .   

     
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.   
     

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may not be able to process the refund.  

Partial Refunds  

In some cases, a  partial refund may be issued if the returned product is generally in good condition but has minor discrepancies, such as missing packaging or slight handling marks. Each case is carefully evaluated to ensure fairness and transparency in how your refund is determined.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within  48 hours of delivery . To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photos or videos clearly showing the problem.  

Once verified, we will arrange either a  replacement or a  full refund , depending on your preference. Our priority is to ensure a swift resolution and your complete satisfaction.
